Accomplishments include the DG (Director General, IPS) Commendation Roll, 3 Limca Book Of Records entries, and 20 rare Letters of Appreciation. For his film ‘ROAD TO REFORM’, he was awarded DIRECTOR GENERAL COMMENDATION ROLL for his exemplary work as a writer & director.

He holds 3 LIMCA BOOK OF NATIONAL RECORDS on his name for his first of its kind films & theatre.

His films have received 18 COMMENDATION & RECOMMENDATIONS from the eminent and high ranking officers of Govt of India.

Sanjeev Sharma's films are also being used for educational purposes by several highly reputed educational institutions, universities in India and abroad. I.I.T. Bombay (No. 1 University in India as per QS World University Rankings), Birmingham City University, UK (175 years old one of the top universities in the world) and Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara Educational Trust, Karnataka (Dharmadhikari Padma Vibhushan Dr. Veerendra Heggade) are some of them.

After one of the screenings for Professors and Students of Art, Design and Media at Birmingham City University, UK, Pro Vice Chancellor Professor Alison Honour announced that the film to be included as a part of their course curriculum in the university from next academic year onwards.

For the film SHUDDHI, all the participant prisoners got ONE MONTH REMISSION to their sentence.

Inspired by the overall message of this film ROAD TO REFORM, Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot decided to set up a placement division for the better rehabilitation of the reformed and released prisoners.
